This painting is based on some of the most prominent Renaissance Festivals held in the United States. Tucked between fairytale-like Tudor buildings are minstrels, jousters, knights in a royal rumble, a drunkard, barbarian, fairy, and executioner among many others. Even the dragon has got his smoked turkey leg. Renaissance Fair is part of our Iconic Places Collection.
